Laboratoires CYCLOPHARMA were created in August 2000 as a specialized radiopharmacy company. The founders (G. Meyniel, B.C. Salin and J.B. Deloye) began this project in response to the development, progression and new perspectives of Nuclear Medicine. Public Health issues were at the origin of the company, and national and international economic perspectives enabled it to take form. For some years, the simultaneous use of PET technology and medical cyclotrons has attracted huge interest in this new investigation method, both in Europe and the USA.  It was in this context that Laboratoires CYCLOPHARMA was created with the aim of building a French network of production and marketing sites for GLUCOTEP^® (18FDG).
